So, my review of Dario Argento's horror monolith Suspiria is in fact on its way, I've just decided to take my time on this one, as I want to catch up on Argento's filmography up to Suspiria, as well as its spiritual sequel Inferno from 1980.
And thus, I have decided that this is the perfect time to rewrite some of my older full reviews. I'm not going to rewrite them so that they fit my opinions as of now, as my opinions on some of these films certainly have changed (I'm looking at you, Free Guy), but I'm just going to fix some of the writing errors and make the writing more understandable. So yeah, I'm gonna rewatch Barry Lyndon today and then decide if there is anything with my Barry Lyndon review that needs fixing. Once I'm done with that, I'm moving to Andrei Rublev, and then The Long Goodbye, etc.
While I'm at it with this announcement, I'll also just make two more statements.
- Don't worry, I haven't stopped with the "Every film I watched this month" posts, the May 2022 one is just a bit delayed and is going to be until I get all my Letterboxd reviews for the month out.
- I'm also currently watching Donald Glover's brilliant show Atlanta, and since that show isn't on Letterboxd, I will surely drop a mini/full review of it here.
So yeah, that's all. Thanks for the patience, have a wonderful day, and take care!
